Store your jewelry in a cool, dry, preferably airtight place to prevent oxidation. Store it in individual bags or in its original packaging so that it doesn't stack or scratch each other.

Avoid exposing jewelry to perfumes, chlorine, grease, or acidic materials. And before storing, clean it with the KEBEL cloth.

Do not use jewelry cleaning cloths on gold-plated jewelry because they can alter, polish, and therefore remove the gold plating.

Before use, check the closure and setting of the stones.

Our pieces are eligible for exchange as long as they are in perfect condition, the purchase receipt is presented, and it is within the first 15 days of receiving your purchase.

Within the first 15 days, upon presentation of the purchase receipt, the customer is entitled to free repair of defects, confirming that the defect is a manufacturing defect. Repairs will be assessed by our experts, and the customer will be provided with a quote if the defect is not a manufacturing defect. The warranty period begins at the date of purchase. KEBEL does not cover damage caused by misuse, impacts, attempted repairs by third parties, alterations, wear and tear, and natural aging of the jewelry with use, as well as failure to follow the care instructions.
